How to buy from us VAT free?

1. The billing and delivery address of your company must be within the EU.
2. Register on our website with your business name.
3. Enter your valid EU VAT number on the billing details setup page. It is important that we need your EU tax number! These are always formatted as a two-letter country code e.g. DE, AT, FR, IT, etc. and a country-specific sequence of numbers and letters.
   E.g:
   Germany (DE): DE123456789 (9 digits)
   Austria (AT): ATU12345678 (U + 8 digits)
   France (FR): FRXX123456789 (two characters + 9 digits)
   Italy (IT): IT12345678901 (11 digits)
   Netherlands (NL): NL123456789B01 ( 9 digits + "B" + 2 digits)
   Poland (PL): PL1234567890 (10 digits)
   
   You can check the validity of your VAT number in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).
4. Upload a copy of the EU VAT number certificate issued by your national tax authority in the form of an electronic copy, scan or photo.
   
   Important: Please make sure that the uploaded document contains the following 3 elements. Company name, address, and EU VAT number
   
   This check is only required for your first order.
5. The uploaded document will be verified by our staff within 1-2 working days, and in any case an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
6. Once approved, you can automatically purchase with 0% VAT on the company name/address you entered in the registration.
